Established.

School started with 760 students transferred from Minshen Elementary schoolforming and 19 classes in total.
Mr. Wu Long-Rong were appointed to be the first principal.
1980.8
Fine Arts Class was established. Specail Education of Fine Arts was to be one of the features of Minzu.
